If you make a purchase through LFLA, we reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order, and we only retain the last 4 digits of your credit card number, as well as expiration date; we do not retain the remainder of the credit card number nor the security code. The limited information we do retain is password protected and incomplete so as to protect your personal information. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number and related information to the appropriate credit card gateway (Authorize.net) and processor (Chase Paymentech) during order processing, but the Liquid Face Lift Association only retains incomplete limited information after the transaction is complete. This incomplete and limited information is retained so that we may provide refunds and help you with inquiries regarding your purchases. Within 7 days of receipt of an opt out notification from you, no more emails will be sent to you, other than to facilitate future purchases or transactions you may elect at your sole discretion.
If you give the Liquid Face Lift association your mobile phone number or sign up or opt in to receive text message notifications from the Liquid Face Lift Association, you may receive up to 4 text message notifications per month. Text messages are short messages that may notify you that you are a winner in a drawing held by the Liquid Face Lift Association; or to notify you of special offers cosmetic products or cosmetic procedures, such as BOTOX®, Juvederm®, Sculptra®, Radiesse® or Dysport® in your area; or to ask your opinion about a particular product or physician; or to notify you of important events related to the Liquid Face Lift, limited to 4 text messages per month. Any text messages sent to you from the Liquid Face Lift Association are subject to your ability to receive text messages from your carrier and subject to your text message fee plan with your carrier.
