In addition to traditional facelift and blepharoplasty procedures, Steven Pearlman, MD, FACS offers non-surgical face lift and blepharoplasty alternatives with liquid face lift procedures. Dr. Pearlman has performed thousands of non-invasive liquid facelift procedures, using advanced injection techniques, with advanced dermal fillers such as Radiesse^®, Juvederm^®, Voluma ^®, Restylane^® Lyft^TM, Sculptra^®, Perlane^®, as well as with BOTOX^®. He has been featured for his expertise by numerous major publications and TV networks, including ABC News, Fox News, CNN, Vogue, More Magazine, New York Magazine, New Beauty Magazine, Ladies Home Journal, Self, Newsday and Bazaar. He has been recognized as a “Top Doctor” by NY Magazine, and featured in Gotham Magazine in their list of best dermal filler injectors in New York, where Dr. Pearlman practices.

Dr. Pearlman has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals and research studies. He is a frequent national and international speaker and lecturer and author of numerous medical textbook chapters and articles on cosmetic and nasal surgery. Dr. Pearlman is a contributing author to William Truswell, MD’s book Your Complete Guide to Facial Rejuvenation, having written the chapter on “Skin Rejuvenation”.

Regularly, Dr. Pearlman donates his time to humanitarian organizations such as Face to Face (an international program providing pro bono surgery on children and adults) and National Domestic Violence Project (providing pro bono surgery to victims of domestic abuse).

In addition to his private practice in NYC, Dr. Pearlman is a Clinical Associate Professor at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. He is the founding President of the New York Facial Plastic Surgery Society. Dr. Pearlman is past President of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). He has served as Eastern Region Vice President and National Committee Chairman for numerous committees of the AAFPRS.

At The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY, Dr. Pearlman received his medical degree and also completed his residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. He completed his fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital, New York, NY. Dr. Pearlman is dual board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.

In addition to providing non-surgical liquid face lift procedures, Dr. Pearlman specializes in facial cosmetic surgery for women and men, including the traditional face lift, nose refinement, eyelid refinement, facial implants, lip enhancement (both surgical and non-surgical) and forehead lift. Non surgical procedures include CO2 laser skin resurfacing, IPL skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, and wrinkle correction with BOTOX^® and advanced dermal fillers.
