In addition to traditional facelift, rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty procedures, Kyle S. Dr. Choe has performed nearly 5,000 non-surgical facial contouring procedures using advanced injection techniques with liquid face lift products such as Juvederm^®, Restylane^®, Radiesse^®, Perlane^® ArteFill^®, and Sculptra^®Aesthetic, as well as BOTOX^®. Dr. Choe is recognized by Allergan as a Platinum Plus Provider of BOTOX^® & Juvederm^® and trains other medical practitioners in advanced facial rejuvenation injection techniques. Dr. Choe's practice is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Dr. Choe is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from Occidental College and his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine Dentistry. He completed his Head & Neck surgical training at the New York Eye Ear Infirmary in Manhattan under the tutelage of some of the world's preeminent head, neck and plastic surgeons. Following his residency, Dr. Choe was one of thirty surgeons selected for an intense facial plastic fellowship at a world-class center for plastic surgery in upstate New York.

In addition to his private practice, Dr. Choe serves in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School and as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry. He has published numerous peer reviewed articles and book chapters in the field of plastic surgery. Dr. Choe maintains a rigorous schedule of continuing education, attending seminars, conventions and special courses.

Dr. Choe is recognized by The Consumers’ Research Council of America as a ‘Top Surgeon’. Criteria for this honor are based on experience, education and continuing education, membership in professional medical associations and board certifications. Dr. Choe has received The Patients Choice Award, has been recognized as ‘Best Cosmetic Surgery Center in Hampton Roads’ and is named in Who’s Who in Medicine.

Dr. Choe and his wife enjoy community involvement, serving on boards of civic organizations as well as various church activities. He serves on a team of physicians, nurses and other helpers who participate in a yearly medical mission to serve the poor in Central and South America, Asia and Europe treating adults and children with birth defects other serious reconstructive problems.
