In addition to traditional facelift and blepharoplasty procedures, Earl Dwayne Lett, M.D., offers non-surgical face lift and blepharoplasty alternatives with liquid facelift procedures. Dr. Lett has performed thousands of liquid face lift procedures with advanced dermal fillers, including Radiesse^®, Sculptra^®, Juvederm^®, Restylane^®, and Perlane^®, as well as BOTOX^®. He instructs other physicians on advanced dermal filler injection techniques, and is recognized by Allergan as a Platinum BOTOX^® & Juvederm^® Provider, signifying extensive experience in the Nashville area.

In addition to his private practice in Lebanon, Dr. Lett has been published in numerous peer-reviewed publications, and has presented to his peers locally and nationally. Dr. Lett serves on committees for both the Lebanon and Wilson County Chamber of Commerce.

Dwayne Lett, M.D. received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee - Memphis School of Medicine. He completed a surgical residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Columbia, and his plastic surgery residency was completed at UT – Memphis College of Medicine. During his training, he received the Golden Hands Award from the University of South Carolina-Richland Memorial Hospital, and the Outstanding Instructor Award from the University of Tennessee Department of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Lett is Board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
