Both Dr. Fleming and Dr. Mayer have served as Clinical Professors and Co-Chairmen of the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Department of Head and Neck Surgery, at the USC School of Medicine. They have been featured by national media for their medical expertise including DISCOVERY HEALTH, The VIEW, ABC NEWS DOWNTOWN, ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, BBC and EXTRA!, as well as by national publications including WHO, INSTYLE, PARADE, and MEN’S HEALTH. Dr. Fleming and Dr. Mayer have co-authored ‘The Everyman’s Guide to Hair Replacement’ as well as a textbook for plastic surgeons ‘Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Scalp’. The doctors have also been included in Guide to America's Top Physicians, and named "Top Docs" in Plastic Surgery on Ask.Com, an online Men's Magazine.

Dr. Fleming completed a surgical residency at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Los Angeles, as well as a residency in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery, at the LA County/USC Medical Center. Dr. Fleming is Board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Mayer completed a residency in general surgery at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, as well as a residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at LA County/USC Medical Center. Dr. Mayer is Board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.
