James Patrinely, MD, FACS has performed thousands of non-surgical facial contouring procedures using advanced injection techniques with liquid face lift products such as Juvederm®, Restylane® & Perlane®, as well as BOTOX®. Dr. Patrinely is recognized by Allergan as a Black Diamond Provider of Juvederm® and BOTOX®, making him one of the highest level injectors of these products in the country. He is recognized by Medicis as a Platinum Restylane® & Perlane® Provider, signifying extensive experience with products used in a liquid face lift procedure. He has been administering BOTOX® injections for over 25 years, and performs all procedures personally. Dr. Patrinely practices in Houston & Conroe, Texas and Pensacola & Destin, Florida.
Dr. Patrinely earned his medical degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, TN where he was the recipient of the Dean’s award. He has received residency and fellowship training at Johns Hopkins, the University of Utah, and Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Patrinely is Board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and is credentialed by the American Academy of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
From 1986 to 1997, Dr. Patrinely was an associate professor of both ophthalmology and plastic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed articles in his field and presented over 300 lectures in the U.S. and abroad. With practices in Florida and Texas, patients come from across the U.S. and globally to be treated by Dr. Patrinely.
Dr. Patrinely has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Doctors in America and has been quoted in national publications, including Consumer Digest. He was named Best for Eyes in Houston and Best Plastic Surgeons in US by Major City. He has appeared on OPRAH and Discovery Health. Dr. Patrinely has been recognized as one of Houston's Top Docs by H Magazine for the past 3 years.
